Independent Living Services (ILS)

Independent Living Services (ILS) support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in developing skills for greater independence. Services may include assistance with daily living activities, decision-making, and participation in the community, based on individual goals.

Supported Living

Supported Living services assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or shared living environments. Support is provided to promote stability, independence, and daily living skills while respecting individual choice.

Day Program

The Day Program provides structured, community-based activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program focuses on skill-building, social engagement, and participation in meaningful daily activities.

Self-Determination

Self-Determination services support individuals in directing their own services and supports. MLS assists participants in understanding options, making informed decisions, and coordinating supports aligned with their personal goals.

Crisis Support

Crisis Support provides short-term assistance during periods of increased need or transition. Services are designed to help maintain safety, stability, and continuity of support.
